Audio Ink Radio is a news publication dedicated to modern rock, alternative and metal news, as well as lifestyle news, owned and operated by Audio Ink Radio LLC. The publication features news articles, interviews and reviews with rock’s biggest names and up-and-comers. Managing editor Anne Erickson currently writes for Consequence of Sound/Heavy Consequence, Detroit newspapers such as the Oakland Press and Macomb Daily, Blabbermouth.net and more. Anne is an Associated Press-award winning journalist with bylines in Premier Guitar, Gibson Guitar, Reverb.com, Loudwire, Ultimate Classic Rock and Gannett publications, such as the Detroit Free Press, LSJ, Salt Lake Tribune, Cincinnati Enquirer and more. She’s also a radio host at Detroit’s WRIF-FM and has been on-air with iHeartRadio and stations in Detroit, Flint and Lansing, Michigan; Bakersfield, California; Columbus and Toledo, Ohio; and beyond. She hosted a syndicated radio show, “Instant Request Service,” on RadioU in Seattle, Dayton, Ohio, Oklahoma City and California.
